My passion for coaching is driven by the meaningful results I’ve witnessed, particularly the positive, long-term outcomes that come from empowering my clients. I believe everyone is inherently resourceful, and I remain in awe of the complexity and resilience of human beings. I strive to create a safe, confidential space where clients can explore what is most important and what is most helpful to them, developing their own thinking around challenges, and discovering solutions that are truly their own.
I came to coaching somewhat unexpectedly. After experiencing my own health challenges and feeling dismissed, I decided not to accept the status quo. I believed improvement was possible and embarked on a journey of self-discovery that went far deeper than I had imagined. Through this, I developed a strong understanding of how self-belief and self-care directly influence wellbeing. This insight enabled me to manage my health more effectively, and I have seen significant improvement as a result.
My journey led me to train as a Health and Wellbeing Coach, taking PCI accredited courses through to level 3 and qualifying me to work with NHS patients where I have experience of over 1000 coaching hours.
I have had the privilege of working with people presenting with a wide, and often more complex than expected, range of conditions. I am comfortable supporting whatever emerges, while being clear with clients about the boundaries of my role and signposting to other services where appropriate.
Having completed further training, I now also work freelance for an accredited company training others to a high standard in Health and Wellbeing Coaching. My training continues as I am currently studying to supervise Health and Wellbeing Coaches, ensuring the quality and integrity of health and wellbeing coaching is maintained. I feel fortunate to do work that I genuinely love, work that is both fulfilling and makes a meaningful difference.
