As a Health and Wellbeing Coach I will work alongside you to offer additional support as you focus on those things that really matter to you and begin to change things. I offer a compassionate and non-judgmental space for you to explore and think well about whatever you need to bring to sessions. I will support you to think through your issues and to find the solutions that really work for you as they are tailored specifically for you.
Coaching supports you in discovering your own answers. It supports you to find clarity when everything feels foggy. It’s about making a space to think about what’s going on for you, and what can you do to improve things.
One of the most empowering parts of coaching is you’re not being told what to do. Instead, coaching helps you uncover solutions that work for you, your body, your values, your capacity.
It’s not about fixing you or pushing you to do things. It’s about reflecting and discovering how to improve things, especially when health issues are limiting.
When you feel supported, heard, and understood, things begin to change, overwhelm softens, fog begins to lift, life starts to feel a little more positive and you begin to see the way forward. It’s not so much about where you get to on a coaching journey, but about what you discover about yourself along the way, and this will continue to support you as you navigate through life.
